Ashique Ahamed
Consultant in Palliative and Supportive Care
Dr. Ahamed completed his specialist training in Palliative Medicine in 2012. From October 2012 to October 2021, he served as Clinical Lead for the Department of Palliative and Supportive Care at Manchester Royal Infirmary. In November 2021, he joined The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, where he continues to pursue his interests in Supportive Oncology. He currently leads the Department of Palliative and Supportive Care at The Christie. His clinical and research interests focus on cancer pain, late effects of cancer, and cancer survivorship.
