Trustee with Expertise in Financial Management
Nigel has acted as a Director for several fully listed commercial and healthcare property Groups including Assura PLC where he was one of the three founders. He formed Rise Homes (formerly Housing Capital Property) and its residential property business in 2012.
Nigel has also acted for a number of early stage technology and healthcare businesses primarily: EV2O Lda with patented off grid power technology, Supportive Care – a provider of specialist advice to clinicians dealing with patients suffering complex medical issues and Digital Utilities – a provider of broadband infrastructure to multi let buildings. He has considerable commercial experience of both financial and operational management & corporate finance.
